1. Who We Are
SOULGHOST ("we", "us", "our") is an AI automation platform that helps content creators manage and automate fan communications on messaging platforms such as Telegram. By using SOULGHOST, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and authentication tokens when you register or sign in.
- Profile & persona data — the AI persona names, system prompts, tone configurations, and fan memory data you create inside the platform.
- Message metadata — timestamps, fan identifiers, and conversation state required to operate the Ghost-Mirror and automated reply systems. We do not permanently store the full content of fan messages beyond what is necessary for context injection.
- Media Vault content — images and videos you upload to your Media Vault are stored in our secure cloud bucket and associated with your profile.
- Payment data — we do not store payment card details. Crypto transactions are processed on-chain; we only record tier and expiry metadata.
- Usage & telemetry — page views, feature usage, and error logs used to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and deliver the SOULGHOST automation service.
- To train and maintain per-profile AI memory (fan tracking, emotional context).
- To enforce subscription tier limits and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, expiry warnings).
- To improve the platform through aggregate, anonymised analytics.
4. Third-Party Services
SOULGHOST integrates with third-party services to deliver its features. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data practices:
- Messaging infrastructure — fan messages are sent and received via official bot APIs of the connected messaging platform. The platform's own privacy policy governs data on their side.
- AI language processing — message content may be forwarded to our proprietary AI pipeline for response generation. We operate under agreements that prohibit our provider from using your data to train third-party models.
- Multimodal analysis — media files you send through the platform may be analysed by our vision processing layer for context generation. Uploaded media is not retained beyond the scope of the individual request.
- Cloud storage & database — your vault media, account data, and persona configurations are stored with an enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure provider using server-side encryption at rest.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and persona data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will purge your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for fraud prevention or legal compliance. Media Vault files are deleted immediately upon your request or account termination.
6. Security
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Vault media is stored with server-side encryption at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure — you use SOULGHOST at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
8. No Liability for Platform Use
SOULGHOST is an automation tool. You are solely responsible for how you use the platform, including compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g. OnlyFans, Telegram) and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We accept no liability for account bans, content violations, revenue loss, or any other consequences arising from your use of SOULGHOST.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
