1. Acceptance
By registering for or using SOULGHOST, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use SOULGHOST.
2. Description of Service
SOULGHOST provides AI-powered fan communication automation for adult content creators. The platform allows you to configure AI personas that automatically respond to fan messages via Telegram Business accounts, manage a tiered Media Vault, and analyse fan engagement data. We provide the tools — you are responsible for how they are used.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed per period (30, 90, or 180 days) and activated upon confirmed crypto payment.
- Renewals are not automatic. Your access continues until the expiry date shown in your dashboard.
- Renewing early adds days to your remaining time — you never lose unused days.
- All payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice. Existing subscribers are unaffected until renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SOULGHOST to:
- Impersonate real individuals without their consent in a fraudulent or harmful manner.
- Generate or distribute illegal content, including content involving minors.
- Spam, harass, or abuse users of third-party platforms.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the platform.
- Resell access to the platform without our written permission.
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to SOULGHOST.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Adult Content
SOULGHOST is designed for use by adult content creators operating on lawful platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, Telegram). By using the platform:
- You confirm that all content you upload or automate complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consents and maintaining age-verification records where required.
- We do not host, review, or moderate the content of your fan communications or Media Vault.
6. AI Persona & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the persona names, backstories, and uploaded media you provide. By uploading content, you grant SOULGHOST a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. SOULGHOST's underlying AI models, infrastructure, and brand remain our exclusive property.
7. No Liability for Third-Party Platform Actions
⚠ Important: SOULGHOST is an independent tool not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by OnlyFans, Telegram, or any other third-party platform.
We accept
no liability for:
- Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms.
- Revenue loss, earnings disruption, or business damage of any kind.
- AI responses that are inaccurate, out-of-character, or inappropriate.
- Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
- Consequences arising from your violation of third-party terms of service.
You use SOULGHOST entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOULGHOST's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOULGHOST operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
